Co- Founder & CEO

Vinicius has worked with the SCIP System since 2012 and has successfully completed more than 56 projects raging from Custom Homes to Hotels.

He has worked with all brands of SCIP panel systems and has a added some additional systems create the first "SCIP HYBRID SYSTEM".

Anyone that knows anything about SCIP in the US knows him as Vinny or “Let’s just ask Vinny, he will know”.

Vinicius earned an MBA with emphasis in Construction and Real Estate Management; a bachelor’s Science Degree in Economics and an Associates Science Degree in Hotel-Motel Management.

As the founder and CEO of the company, Vinicius is responsible for:

Delivering a high-quality structure to our customer that is on-time and on budget
Overseeing and managing plans, designs, to determine proper construction, schedule, and scope.
Managing the supply chain, contractors, and deadlines.
Properly training and supervising workers to know how to assemble the SCIP system.

2012 - 2018 - Founded Ecolife Enterprises in Brazil and successfully completed 17 residential projects and 200 room hotel

2018 - 2019 - Superintendent constructing duplexes in Miami, FL

2019 - 2022 - Superintendent, Project Manager, consultant, and trainer, for projects in Texas, Utah, and California, including multifamily, mix-use, and high-end custom

2023 – 2025 – Co-Founder & CEO of the Atrium Group providing Construction, Design Build, and Consulting services across the US

KENT HENDRICKS
Co- Founder & CFO

Kent is a hands-on leader with 30+ years of experience successfully managing the executive functions of profitable market share leading companies within the building industry. His experience crosses many different manufacturing processes and materials from pultrusion, extrusion, injection & rotational molding, spin casting, 3D panel construction, EPVC, EPS, and PU.

Kent has been focused on the SCIP industry since 2022 and believes this technology can transform the building industry as it faces a monumental shift.

The next phase of the building industry requires operational efficiency, minimal supply chain reliance, and mastery of emerging innovative building systems.

As co-founder and CFO of the company, Kent is responsible for:

Delivering a high-quality structure to our customer that is on-time and on budget.
Overseeing and managing all business functions
Pipeline and customer relations management
Sharing our knowledge with innovative builders from coast to coast
Most importantly providing support to Vinicius and our crews so they can build. Build. Build!
